This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore and the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.  

All disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or in connection with this Program Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall first be referred to mediation in Singapore, in accordance with the Law Society Mediation Rules for the time being in force.

This webinar is free to attend. During the session, we may introduce the optional The Systematic Trader Course, priced at S$3,688, inclusive of GST. Participation in the paid program is entirely optional, and no purchase is required to attend or complete the webinar.

All fees, including GST and any applicable instalment, subscription, administrative or recurring charges, will be clearly disclosed before enrolment. No payment will be collected without the participant’s express agreement.

A seat for the Systematic Trader Course will be secured for the registrant once full payment is made.

Registrant will be entitled to choose whether he/she wants early access to the TradersGPS subscription (after full payment made).

If the deposit option is selected, a deposit of S$300, inclusive of GST, is required. The remaining balance of S$3,388 must be paid before TradersGPS is activated or at least 10 working days before the course begins, whichever applies.

Outstanding balance is to be made before the activation of the TradersGPS subscription if Early Activation is requested.

Outstanding balance is to be made at least 10 working days prior to the embarkation of the SMT course (if Early Activation is not requested).

All payments must be made to SF5 Pte Ltd through bank transfer, an approved online payment platform or credit card.

The Systematic Trader team will slot the Registrant in for the appropriate course date on a best fit basis

Re-scheduling of the Systematic Trader Course is allowed but can only be done a maximum of 3 times. 

Registrant should inform the Systematic Trader team at least 1 week before the course date that he/she has registered for if re-scheduling is required

Deposit will be forfeited after 6 months (from the deposit payment date) if the Registrant goes idle or decides to reschedule multiple times without making the balance payment.

The TradersGPS subscription and the Premium Membership will be activated for all students 1 day before the course scheduled, unless early activated.

Students are entitled to only one SMT Course Notes per pax.

The Systematic Trader Team will not be responsible for any missing and damaged mail.

No circulation of the materials given is allowed.

Early Activation consists of both accesses to the TradersGPS subscription and the Premium Membership. Early Activation will forfeit the Money Back Guarantee entitlement. No refunds will be allowed.

Money Back Guarantee entitlement will be forfeited if Early Activation is given.

Money Back Guarantee entitlement is valid only after the registrant has attended the first session of The Systematic Trader Course and deemed that course topics committed during the seminar workshop were not covered.

Request for refund must be made to the Systematic Trader team by the end of the first session by 2359hrs on the same day. Request for refunds made after will not be entertained.

SF5 PTE LTD will absorb all admin fees and a Full Refund will be given back to the registrant.

Processing of refunds will take up to 4 weeks.
